1、在指揮部、總監辦、駐地監理組的對立指導下，項目部根據施工圍擋塌方的理論情況，采取不同的應急措施，確定行車無危險。

2、根據總部要求，在每個圍擋后面增加活動支架，在每個施工圍擋，后面增加三根方管支架，利用三角鐵、方管和焊接，將路邊防撞護欄柱作為一個整體進行活動。
